    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Berry Hill Airport (4A0) Stockbridge, GA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The airplane landed with the left wheel locked and subsequently nosed over during the landing roll. Post-crash exam revealed that the left wheel could not be rotated in the forward direction by hand and that it could be rotated aft by hand only with considerable effort...

    11 August 1990

    Crashed.
    There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at the Mallards Landing Airport (GA04) Locust Grove, GA, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. Shortly after takeoff, witnesses reported that the airplane entered a steep, nose high, left turn. One witness stated that he (the pilot) honked it up and really yanked it back...
