    Transferred to Heavy Attack Squadron 8 (VAH-8), NAS Whidbey Island, WA.
    Deployed aboard USS Midwy.

    4 October 1961

    Transferred to Heavy Attack Squadron 13 (VAH-13), NAS Whidbey Island, WA.
    Operated with markings: GP-605

    September 1962

    Redesignated as A-3B.

    10 August 1964

    Transferred to Heavy Attack Squadron 123 (VAH-123), NAS Whidbey Island, WA.

    From 1970 to 1976

    Transferred to Naval Air Test Center, RDTE, NAS Patuxent River, MD.

    9 February 1976

    Ferry flight. Delivered to New England Air Museum, Bradley International Airport, Windsor Locks, CT.
    Aircraft flown to NEAM from NAS Patuxent River by Navy Commander Joel H. Graham.
