    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Luftwaffe with s/n 290202.

    By 1945

    Transferred to N J G 1 (1st Night Fighter Group), Grove, South Jutland, Denmark.

    16 June 1945

    To USAAF Intelligence Service, as part of Operation LUSTY (Luftwaffe Secret Technology) under Col. Harold E. Watson.

    June 1945

    Ferry flight.
    Flown to Cherbourg, France.

    1945

    Transported by ship.
    To USA on Royal Navy escort carrier, HMS Reaper.

    1945

    Reassembled.
    At Ford Field, Newark, NJ.

    1945

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n FE-614.

    Circa 1945

    New serial number assigned: T2-614 USAAF
    T2 stood for the Office of Air Force Intelligence.

    Circa 1945

    Transferred to Freeman Field, IN.
    For test flying.

    1946

    Assigned to US Government Factory (ex Dodge Factory for C-54 Construction), Orchard Place Airport, Park ridge, IL for storage.
    Put into temporary storage.

    3 January 1949

    To Smithsonian National Air Museum.

    Circa February 1955

    To Smithsonian National Air Museum, Silver Hill, MD.
    Dismantled and crated.
