    17 July 1984

    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at the Regional Airport (COU) Columbia, MO, United States while on appoach. The damage was minor. The pilot reported that he was unable to get a down locked indication on the main landing gear when arriving at columbia. He stated that he went thru the emergency procedures made two landing attempts but felt the gear was about to collapse made go-arounds. On the third attempt the nose main landing gear collapsed. Investigation failed to reveal the point of initial failure.

    9 December 1987

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Natchez, MS, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. The two aircraft were registered to the same person the pilots were friends of each other. The aircraft departed from the same airport at about the same time were bound for the same destination on an IFR flight plan, N24JE at 8000 feet, N492DM at 4000 feet. Later both cancelled IFR proceeded visually...

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality. The accident occurred at Mooringsport, LA, United States while maneuvering. The airframe was destroyed. Radar data showed the airplane tracking north of the planned route. It made several heading changes and descended to 500 feet MSL. The pilot advised atc that he was landing at shreveport and was assigned a transponder code. No further transmissions were received by atc...
