    There was one fatality and was one serious injury. The accident occurred at the Sparrevohn LRRS Airport (SVW) Sparrevohn, AK, United States while cruising. The airframe was destroyed. Route of flight was over remote/mountainous terrain. About 2 hrs after takeoff, while cruising at 12000 MSL, the right engine (#2 engine) propeller began to overspeed.
