    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK73FVG65: There were 2 fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:36 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Unknown/not Reported. Stalled and/or mushed while on a low pass. The factors included; unwarranted low flying. Report remarks include: Steep pull up frm low pass. Pilot had approximately 4HRS in make and model last 90 days. Incident occurred at or near Clearlk Oak, CA.
