    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 40-1464.

    Transferred to 77th Bombardment Squadron, Elmendorf Airfield, AK.

    16 January 1942

    Crashed.
    Force landed with wheels up near Smith River, BC, Canada.

    From September 1971 to November 1971

    Recovered.

    Restored.
