    Constructed as a L-18-08.

    13 February 1941

    To Trans-Canada Airlines (TCA) with new c/r CF-TCY.
    Puchased to replace a Lockheed Super Electra that had originally commenced the trans-continental airmail service in 1939.

    From 1941 to 1947

    Was the flagship of the TCA fleet.

    March 1948

    To Department, Transport.

    And was converted to the Club Executive Model for use by Prime Minister Louis St. Laurent, Cabinet Ministers, and visiting Heads of State.

    April 1958

    To Crown Assets Disposal Corp.

    December 1959

    To unknown owner.
    Owner in Winnipeg.

    Abandoned.
    Found at Chicago Midway Airport, seized by Airport Authority, destined for scrap.

    1968

    Transported by ground. Delivered to Earl Reinert, Victory Air Museum, Mundelein, IL.
    The wings were removed for transport from Midway to Mundelein.

    Placed on display at their Crescent Beach site.

    To Delta Heritage Air Park, Vancouver, BC.

    Transferred to the universtiy as a long term restoration project. The inention, when completed, is to display the airframe at the Canadian Museum of Flight, Langley, BC.
