    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at the Sandy Creek Airpark (75FL) Panama City, FL, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The airplane was parked outdoors for an extended period of time. The pilot/owner spent 2 days alternately draining water-contaminated fuel and test running the airplaneaCOs engine several times...
