    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 66-0161.

    Transferred to 62nd Military Airlift Wing, McChord AFB, WA.

    From February 1973 to April 1973

    Participated in flying POWs home to USA from Clark AFB, Philippines.

    Circa 1980

    Converted to a C-141B.

    Transferred to 97th Air Mobility Wing, Altus AFB, OK.
