    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA69D0023: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Clay Field Airport, Monticello, MS. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed during the takeoff run. The factors included; overload failure. Report remarks include: 1 px infant. No baggage.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Chena Hot Springs Airport (AK13) Fairbanks, AK, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot was landing on a 2000-FOOT long private airstrip. A witness reported that the airplane landed on the last 1/3 of the runway. From the initial touchdown point, the airplane rolled 140 feet and then heavy braking/skid marks were noted on the runway. The airplane traveled another 460 feet to the point of rest off the left side of the runway...
