    Constructed as a H-19D-2-SI by Sikorsky at Stratford, Connecticut, USA.

    Circa 1954

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 54-1416.

    6 July 1978

    Certificate of airworthiness for N6735 (UH-19D, 54-1416) issued.

    15 February 1991

    To Shawn B. Morten, Beulah, NO with new c/r N6735.

    18 June 1991

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Mcclusky, ND, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. Pilot was making a spray run along a canal approximately 75 feet below ground level. He began to climb out of the canal. He lost all power as he cleared the canal edge and made a hard landing. The main rotor blades severed the tail boom on landing. Investigation revealed a failure of the blower/supercharger seal.
