    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC76F0R04: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:18 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Waseca, MN. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with the crop on touch down. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Report remarks include: Engine quit after takeoff from lake...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Moyer Airport Chalfont, PA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. Shortly after takeoff from a private field, the aircraft engine lost power and the aircraft was landed in a soy bean field where it nosed over. An engine check was made and no mechanical discrepancies were found. The philadelphia temperature and dew point were 72 degrees and 59 degrees, respectively.
