    Markings added: Itazuke Express
    Markings worn in black letters on tail.

    13 May 1964

    Transferred to 41st Air Division, Yokota AB, Japan.
    Transferred under Project Clearwater.

    1 April 1965

    Transferred to 6441st TFW, Yokota AB, Japan.
    41st Air Division redesignated as the 6441st TFW.

    From 16 March 1966 to 31 May 1966

    Stood nuclear weapon alert at Osan AB, South Korea.

    2 November 1966

    Transferred to 41st Air Division, Yokota AB, Japan.

    9 April 1967

    Transferred to 12th TFS, 18th TFW, Kadena AB, Okinawa.
    Operated with markings: ZA

    29 January 1968

    Was one of the first F-105s deployed to Osan AB, South Korea, in response to the USS Pueblo incident.

    9 September 1968

    Transferred to 469th TFS, 388th TFW, Korat RTAFB, Thailand.
    Operated with markings: Good Golly Miss Molly, JV
    Markings were worn in blue letters with red and yellow background on fuselage under wing.

    2 February 1969

    Damaged.
    Damaged on a combat mission. Damaged when stores from the centerline MER struck the inboard leading edge of the left horizontal slab. The damage required 12 manhours to repair.

    8 February 1969

    Flown on strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    15 February 1969

    Flown on strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    3 March 1969

    Flown on strike mission in the Steel Tiger region of Laos.

    By April 1969

    Transferred to 34th TFS, 388th TFW, Korat RTAFB, Thailand.
    Operated with markings: JJ

    21 June 1969

    Transferred to 18th TFW, Kadena AB, Okinawa.

    From July 1969 to October 1970

    Base of operations changed.

    12 April 1972

    Transferred to 937th MALGP, AFRES, Tinker AFB, OK.

    20 May 1972

    Transferred to 465th TFS, 507th TFG, AFRES, Tinker AFB, OK.
    Operated with markings: SH

    From 10 June 1978 to 23 June 1978

    Deployed to RAF Sculthorpe, England, under Coronet Oriole.

    Transferred to 466th TFS, 508th TFG, AFRES, Hill AFB, UT.

    Deployed to Skrydstrup, Denmark, under Coronet Rudder.

    4 June 1983

    Last flight.
    One of the 24 F-105s flown on ceremonial mission at Hill AFB, UT. After the mission, the aircraft was one of 7 flown to Lackland AFB, TX.

    Redesignated as GF-105D.

    5 June 1983

    Based at Security Police Training Area (south), Kelly Field (formerly Kelly AFB), San Antonio, TX.
