    Constructed as a Hurricane XII by Canadian Car and Foundry at Fort William, ON, Canada.

    June 1942

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 5390.

    30 June 1942

    Transferred to No. 133 Fighter Squadron, Lethbridge, AB.

    26 October 1942

    Base of operations changed.
    RCAF Station Boundary Bay, BC.

    7 February 1944

    Crashed.
    Lost at sea on operations off Tofino, BC.

    4 April 1944

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Royal Canadian Air Force.

    1988

    To Bob Schneider/RRS Aviation, Hawkins, TX.

    Goodall states this plane was never recovered. Warbirds.fandom says recovered.

    Restored.
    Parts collection of 5 Hurricanes, ex-Canadian farms, acquired from Jack Arnold, Brantford, ON: used to rebuild 2 Hurricanes to display standard at Hawkins, TX.
