    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 68-8194.
    The serial may only have been assigned to facilitate transfer to the US Navy.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 158197.

    8 October 1969

    Transferred to Navy Test Pilot School, PTXNT River.

    30 June 1972

    Crashed.
    Crashed into Chesapeake Bay while flying out of Pax River.

    5 April 1973

    Survives here as wreckage only.
