    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was damaged but was repairable. This was a passenger flight. The accident occurred at New York-Idlewild International Airport, NY (IDL) (United States of America) while landing. Narrative: During the final approach to land on a runway with a displaced threshold the aircraft struck a 12ft-high blast fence located 65ft short of the beginning of the paved area. Although the main landing gear and flaps were damaged the aircraft landed safely.

    Crashed.
    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. The international scheduled passenger flight departed Cairo International Airport (CAI/HECA), Egypt. The accident occurred at Cairo International Airport (CAI) (Egypt) while taking off. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: The aircraft began its takeoff run on a section of runway declared closed because of work in progress. At a speed of about 50 knots the port main wheels entered an excavated hole and axles and wheels became detached. The takeoff was abandoned...
