    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 55-0677.

    Placed on display.

    Transferred to 4123D Strategic Wing, Carswell AFB, TX.
    Operated with markings: City of Fort Worth
    First Boeing B-52 Stratofortress assigned to Carswell.

    Peter Nicholson comments (May 2015): Is a verteran of 600 combat missions flown from Guam and U-Tapao. Markings worn: Sharks mouth nose-art and named Clyde.

    Circa December 1972

    Following one mission during Operation Linebacker II, this B-52 returned to base with a SAM stuck in its wing.

    Transferred to 98th Bomb Squadron, 7th Bomb Wing, Carswell AFB, TX.
    Operated with markings: City of Fort Worth
