    Summary: The airframe was a loss. There were four fatalities. There were 2,748 hours and 5,953 cycles on the airframe at the time. The cargo flight departed Timika-Moses Kilangin (Tembagapura) Airport (TIM/WAYY), Indonesia and was destined for Ilaga Airport (ILA/WABL), Indonesia. The accident occurred at 11 km (6. 9 mls) S of Ilaga Airport (ILA) (Indonesia) while en route. Narrative: A de Havilland Canada DHC-4T Caribou cargo plane is reported missing on a flight from Timika to Ilaga, Papua, Indonesia with four persons on board...
