    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC77FER44: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Isle Muni Airport, Isle, MN. This was a local flight from Isle, MN. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain on touch down. The factors included; wet soft ground. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...

    19 August 1985

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Mott, ND, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. While departing a stubble field, the aircrafts tire ran into a soft spot in the ground and the aircraft turned and struck the shoulder of a road. The right gear broke and the right wing tip struck the ground, the right strut broke, the tail wheel and rudder were damaged along with the prop.
