    Constructed as a Canberra B.2.

    August 1953

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n WH740.
    The delivery date is provided.

    August 1953

    Transferred to No. 18 Squadron, RAF Scampton.

    Transferred to No. 40 Squadron, RAF Upwood.

    1958

    Transferred to 75 Squadron (RNZAF), RAF Tengah, Singapore.
    Was one of 15 B2s loaned to the Royal New Zealand Air Force as part of the Commonwealth Strategic Reserve. Saw active service in Malaya.

    1962

    Returned to the RAF.

    1962

    Converted to a Canberra T.17.
    The T.17 was a rebuilt B2 with a compartment behind the cockpit which accommodated a pupil and ECM Electronic Counter Measures) instructor.

    Transferred to 360 Squadron, RAF Cottesmore.

    August 1975

    Transferred to RAF Wyton.

    December 1987

    Struck off Strength/Charge.

    Transferred to No. 2 School of Technical Training, RAF Cosford.
    Used as a ground instruction airframe with No. 2.

    To East Midlands Aeropark, East Midlands Airport (North Side), Castle Donington, Leicestershire/Leics, England.
