    Constructed as a Mosquito B.35 by de Havilland at Hatfield.

    From Circa July 1945 to 9 November 1945

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Navy with s/n TJ138.

    28 August 1945

    Transferred to No 27 MU, RAF Shawbury, Shropshire.
    Sent to Shawbury for storage.

    11 February 1948

    Transferred to Martlesham Heath, Suffolk.
    The reason for the transfer is not clear, but it was possible for some kind of maintenance or modification.

    14 May 1948

    Transferred to RAF Bicester.
    Operated with markings: VO L
    Task completed and ready for further storage or assignement.

    20 May 1948

    Transferred to No 27 MU, RAF Shawbury, Shropshire.
    Sent to Shawbury for storage.

    13 October 1950

    Ferry flight.
    Moved to Celle, West Germany.

    October 1950

    Transferred to No 98 Squadron, Fassberg, West Germany.
    Because of this assignement TJ138 became the only surviving B.35 to have seen squadron service.

    The camoflauge paint scheme was replaced with overall silver.

    20 February 1951

    Transferred to No 38 MU, Llandow, UK.
    Placed in storage at Llandow.

    15 July 1953

    Transferred to Brooklands Aviation Ltd, Sywell, Northants.
    Sent to Brooklands for conversion work.

    Converted to a Mosquito TT.35.

    18 January 1954

    Transferred to No 22 MU, Silloth, Cumbria.

    8 March 1954

    Transferred to No 5 Civilian Anti-Aircraft Co-Operation Unit (CAACU), Llanbedr.
    Operated with markings: Z

    Externally refurbished.

    Transported by ground. Delivered to Air Historical Branch Collection, RAF Bicester.
    Moved to RAF Bicester.

    Transported by ground. Delivered to Air Historical Branch Collection, RAF Finningley, Yorkshire.
    Moved to Finningley.

    Restored.
    Some restoration work carried out at Finningley.

    Assigned to Air Historical Branch Collection, RAF Swinderby, Yorkshire for storage.
    Stored in the hangar of the RAF School of Recruit Training.

    November 1986

    Transported by ground. Delivered to Air Historical Branch Collection, RAF Museum, RAF Saint Athan.
    Moved to Saint Athan.

    1991

    Repainted in No 98 Squadron colours.

    From February 1992 to 7 February 1992

    Transported by ground. Delivered to RAF Museum, Grahame Park Way, Hendon, London, England.
    Moved from Saint Athan to Hendon.
