    Constructed as a F-4E-34-MC by McDonnell at Saint Louis, Missouri, USA.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 67-0275.

    Circa 1968

    To 34th TFS, 388th TFW, Korat RTAFB, Thailand.
    Markings added: Sweetie Pie, JV

    By September 1972

    Transferred to 35th TFS, 388th TFW, Korat RTAFB, Thailand.

    12 September 1972

    Shot down a VPAF MiG-21 over North Vietnam. Crew at the time was Lt. Col. Lyle Beckers (pilot ) and 1st Lt. Thomas Griffin (WSO). The kill is unique in the sense that they used a combination of an AIM-9 Sidewinder and the F-4Es M-61A1 Vulcan gun to bring the enemy jet down.
