    Constructed as a C-47B-1-DK by Douglas at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 43-48266.

    New construction number, 25527, assigned to the airframe.

    From September 1944 to December 1944

    Participated in the dropping of paratroopers in the Arnhem and Bastogne operations.

    Converted to a VC-47D.

    21 January 1972

    To Hillsborough County Health Department, Tampa, FL with new c/r N10005 (C-47A, 43-48266).
