    Transferred to 309th Bomber Group, Columbia AAF, SC.

    11 December 1942

    Transferred to 915th Bomber Group, Eglin Field, FL.

    2 January 1943

    Transferred to 309th Bomber Group, Columbia AAF, SC.

    4 April 1943

    Crashed.
    Ditched in Lake Murray SC after losing power in one engine during skip-bombing training.

    1 September 2005

    In the inventory of Southern Museum of Flight,.
    It is assumed the museum acquired the rights to the airframe at this time.

    19 September 2005

    Recovered.
    Recovered from Lake Murray SC and transported to Southern Museum of Flight, Birmingham AL.
