Incident occurred at the Plymouth Muni Airport, Plymouth, MA. The flight departed from Waterville, ME, with the destination Plymouth, MA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while on final approach to land. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; intentional wheels up landing. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
