The accident occurred at the Charlotte County Airport (PGD) Punta Gorda, FL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. According to the pilot, the airplane touched down hard on the left main landing gear during landing and the left gear collapsed.

Crashed.
The accident occurred at the Dekalb Peachtree Airport (PDK) Chamblee, GA, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. The pilot had completed a series of touch and go landings and was exiting the runway when the airplane nosed over. During an interview with the Federal Aviation Administration Aviation Safety Inspector, the pilot reported that he may have been moving too fast and he may have applied heavy braking as he attempted to taxi off of the runway...

Crashed.
There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at the Hancock County-Bar Harbor Airport (BHB) Bar Harbor, ME, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. During the approach to runway 22, the pilot monitored the windsock and automated weather observation system (AWOS). The windsock indicated a right-quartering headwind and the AWOS reported wind from 220 degrees to 310 degrees at 10 knots, gusting to 16 knots...
