    Transferred to Herrington AFB, KS (Former).
    Unknown if ferried or transport via surface.

    Remanufactured as a C-45H.
    New construction number, AF.823, assigned to the airframe.

    Circa October 1954

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 52-10893.

    13 October 1954

    Transferred to Kentucky ANG, Louisville, KY.

    November 1960

    To Federal Reformatory, Chillicothe, OH.
    Used as an instructional airframe.

    1966

    Ferry flight. Delivered to United States Air Force Museum, Patterson Field (East Side), Dayton, OH.
