    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 42-93096.

    8 April 1944

    To 806th Base Unit, Baer Field, Fort Wayne, IN.

    28 May 1944

    Transferred to Pathfinder School, Ninth Air Force Troop Carrier Command, North Witham (Station 479).

    By June 1944

    Fitted with additional SCR-717 navigation and radar equipment for use as a pathfinder.

    6 June 1944

    Transported Pathfinder paratroopers of the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment to a drop zone at Sainte-Mere-Eglise, Normandy, France on Mission Boston.

    17 September 1944

    Transported Pathfinder paratroopers of the 101st Airborne Division to a drop zone north of Son, Netherlands during Operation Market Garden.

    23 December 1944

    Transported supplies for the 101st Airborne Division during Operation Kangaroo to a drop zone at Bastogne, Belgium during Operation Repulse during the Ardennes offensive. Took several hits from German flak.

    Circa 1945

    Transferred to 1st Pathfinder Group (Provisional), Ninth Air Force, Chartres (A-40), France.

    24 March 1945

    Transported paratroopers of the 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 17th Airborne Division to a drop zone at the southern edge of the Diersfordt, three mile northwest of Wesel, Germany on Operation Varsity.

    April 1947

    To Finnish Airlines (Aero O/Y), Vantaa with new c/r OH-LCE.
    Operated with markings: Haahka

    29 October 1970

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Finnish Air Force with s/n DO-12.

    19 April 1985

    To Aces High Limited, Fairoaks Airport, Chobham, Surrey with new c/r G-BLXV (DOUGLAS C47A DAKOTA, 12970).

    25 April 1985

    Civil registration, G-BLXV, cancelled.

    25 October 1985

    Certificate of airworthiness for N58NA (DC3C-S1C3G, 12970) issued.
