    Constructed as a 747-206B Combi.

    To KLM with new c/r PH-BUK.

    1987

    Converted to a 747-206 (SUD).
    Ronald van der Valk comments (13 October 2024): Converted to 747-206(SUD) by modifying the hump of the upper deck to the Stretched Upper Deck of the -300 series. Aircraft so modified are not -300 series, but -200(SUD).

    2004

    Being the last airworthy 747 Classic of KLM, PH-BUK is bought by Aviodrome for display at their new museum in Lelystad Airport (EHLE).

    Ronald van der Valk comments (13 October 2024): Flying PH-BUK into EHLEs (then) short runway is deemed to risky, so the decision is made to disassemble the engines, tail section and wings and transport the aircraft by barge through Amsterdam, over waterways and finally by road to Lelystad Airport.

    16 December 2004

    Ferry flight.
    PH-BUK is landed near Harderwijk for the final leg (by road) to Lelystad Airport.

    Transported by ground.
    Disassembled and delivered to Lelystad for display.

    To Aviodrome, Lelystad Airport, Lelystad, Flevoland.
