Being the last airworthy 747 Classic of KLM, PH-BUK is bought by Aviodrome for display at their new museum in Lelystad Airport (EHLE). |

Ronald van der Valk comments (13 October 2024): Flying PH-BUK into EHLEs (then) short runway is deemed to risky, so the decision is made to disassemble the engines, tail section and wings and transport the aircraft by barge through Amsterdam, over waterways and finally by road to Lelystad Airport. |
