    Constructed as a F-16A Block 10.

    10 June 1980

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 79-0296.

    13 June 1980

    To 4th TFS, 388th TFW, Hill AFB, UT.
    Markings added: HL

    November 1983

    Transferred to 157th Fighter Squadron, South Carolina Air National Guard, McEntire ANG Base.

    January 1991

    Deployed during Operation Desert Storm.

    September 1992

    Transferred to 195th FS, 162D FG, Arizona ANG, Tucson ANGB, AZ.
    Operated with markings: AZ

    February 2001

    Withdrawn from use.
    While at Buckley AFB, CO, it was discovered that there were structural cracks in the airframe. It was left there and used in a limited training role still wearing Arizona ANG markings.

    November 2004

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
