    Transferred to 60th Military Airlift Wing, MATS, Travis AFB, CA.

    Transferred to 436th Military Airlift Wing, MATS, Dover AFB, DE.

    19 August 1973

    Transferred to 438th Military Airlift Wing, MAC, McGuire AFB, NJ.

    After December 1979

    Converted to a C-141B.

    21 April 1989

    Transferred to 437th Military Airlift Wing, MAC, Charleston AFB, SC.

    26 April 1989

    Transferred to 438th Military Airlift Wing, MAC, McGuire AFB, NJ.

    By 1995

    Transferred to 305th Air Mobility Wing, MAC, McGuire AFB, NJ.

    February 1996

    Withdrawn from use.
    Retired when a crack was found in the structure. Was the last C-141 stationed at Dover AFB.
