    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Flying Y Airstrip Airport Pray, MT, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The pilot initiated a takeoff on runway 3 and the aircraft swerved off the runway during ground roll and impacted a ditch. There was a light wind from the south at the time of the accident.
