Originally purchased around 1956 with intention of my uncle Gary Stapley learning to fly, he was training for his license when he took a flight with another school friend north of Campbellford Ontario in 1958 and was killed in the other lads plane. After that my grandfather obtained a pilots license and flew it until the mid eighties from his airport/farm in Campbellford.Sold to an unknown pilot in Mapleleaf Ontario at that time who in turn sold to a Mr.Gordy Nelson in Norwood Ontario who ironically kept it at the farm next door to our airport when he owned it.
